A Little Bit About Me

I recently made the leap from the East Coast to Washington State, trading Atlantic shores for Pacific Northwest peaks. After a lifetime of exploring the various states that line the great Atlantic Ocean, nothing quite prepared me for Seattle’s laid-back vibe and incredible cultural diversity.

One of the first things I discovered – besides how refreshingly calm everyone seems (maybe it’s all those towering evergreens surrounding the city) – is that practically nobody here is actually from here. Seattle is a city of transplants, dreamers, and adventurers, all drawn to this corner of the country for its endless possibilities.

And there truly is SO much to see.

This revelation sparked my desire to document this journey as I navigate my new home state. From breathtaking terrain and rich cultural experiences to the occasional geocache hunt along the way, I’m here to share the adventures, discoveries, and maybe a few lessons learned as this East Coast transplant explores the wonders of Washington.
